As of 6 December 2018, the SRA's new rules on price transparency came into effect. These rules require practitioners to openly publish pricing on their websites.

We have been successfully delivering open and transparent pricing across all our services since 2010. Our pricing is clear with no additional catches or caveats. It is sometimes inevitable that matters become protracted and complicated as no matter is identical to the next. Where this is the case and additional work is necessary in order to advance your matter our solicitors and fee-earners will explain such costs appropriate to the issue in hand and obtain your agreement to any such additional amounts.

As at 1 October 2018 our firm’s fees are as follows:

1. Residential Conveyancing

Up to £125,000

£599 plus VAT

Over £125,000 to £250,000

£699 plus VAT

Over £250,001 to £500,000

£799 - £899 plus VAT

Over £500,001 to £999,999

£900 - £1,800 plus VAT

5. Immigration

Note: usually NO VAT is applied on our immigration fees for applicants who are not settled in the UK.  Settlement and citizenship applications will incur VAT
